Deets: Très LA Bistro & Café, the newly opened French-inspired dining destination inside the Pacific Design Center,l hosted its official Grand Opening Debut on Friday, May 8, 2026.
The soiree introduced the restaurant’s transportive Parisian-meets-California atmosphere with curated chef-driven bites from Executive Chef Julio Castorena, live entertainment and music, and signature cocktails by Beverage Director Brad Lewandowski.
The grand celebration was an immersive first look at the highly anticipated happy hour and evening dining experience launching May 11th.
Designed by Très LA Group Founder & CEO Alan Dunn, the restaurant blends old-world European elegance with contemporary Los Angeles style, creating a cinematic hospitality experience in the heart of West Hollywood.
