While you're at the the Lodge, check out The Stackery's signature Artisan Eastern European Sweet & Savory Chimney cakes! In Eastern Europe they go by the name Kurtoskalacs/Trdelniks. Back in the day it used to be a festive treat. However, it is now eaten regularly in countries like Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Slovenia, Budapest, Romania etc. Their pastry chefs trained in the art of making Chimney Cakes in Eastern Europe, and work daily to only bring the freshest seasonal items that are incorporated into their ever changing menu. They combine the Chimney Cakes with farm sourced organic fruits, or spreads. Their signature sweet and savory breads are house-made, made to order, and accompanied with the most delicious seasonal items Mother Nature has to offer.
