Deets: Spooky season has arrived to NYC and Chelsea Market is gearing up to celebrate a socially distant and outdoor Halloween to keep this year’s festivities alive. Kick off the Halloween festivities on October 29th by watching a live outdoor pumpkin carving by the Maniac Pumpkin Carvers and come back again on Halloween day to trick-or-treat from Chelsea Market vendors (All vendors’ outdoor locations on 15th and 16th Street and inside the main concourse.
