Deets: After two years of virtual events due to the COVID-19 pandemic, leading nonprofit organization Hudson River Community Sailing (HRCS) will host its 15th annual Dark ‘n’ Stormy fundraising event in person at The Frying Pan in New York City. The fundraiser, which is one of HRCS’s largest, will take place on Tuesday, May 17 at 7 pm. The event will feature live music and dancing with the band MEN or MYTH, food and drinks, and exciting raffle prizes. Tickets can be purchased online here, and additional details are below. All proceeds will support Sail Academy, HRCS’s flagship after school program, and Adaptive Sailing, a program launched in 2021 that provides sailing education and recreation for youth and adults living with disabilities.
