Voodoo Doughnut announced it is officially bringing the magic to Union Square in New York City! Opening date is To Be Announced!
Voodoo Doughnut, the iconic doughnut brand known for its imaginative flavors and artisan creations, is making history with its first-ever New York City shop at 41 Union Square W., at 17th St., New York, NY 10003. The expansion marks the Portland-born brand’s entrance into one of the world’s most influential food cities.
The Union Square shop will feature Voodoo’s full lineup of more than 40 varieties of doughnuts made fresh daily, from the iconic Voodoo Doll to the famous Bacon Maple Bar, which was spotlighted by New York’s own Anthony Bourdain during a visit to the original Voodoo Doughnut. Guests can also expect fan favorites like the Homer, Grape Ape, and Memphis Mafia, alongside classic flavors and a line of vegan creations. Doughnuts will be handcrafted throughout the day and late into the night, continuing the brand’s tradition of late-night hours.
The shop will highlight the creative flair Voodoo is known for, featuring pink spinning doughnut cases, whimsical décor, and a custom black velvet spirit channeler painting. Union Square has long been recognized as a gathering place where food, culture, and community converge. The neighborhood’s lively atmosphere, from its bustling days to vibrant nightlife, reflects the same eclectic spirit that has always defined Voodoo Doughnut. By joining this vibrant community, Voodoo will bring its own imaginative energy and create unique experiences that become part of New York’s daily rhythm.
