Deets: On October 18, Eleven Madison Park’s Bake it Nice makes its highly anticipated mid-Fall return to Madison Square Park, bring flaky, golden pastry perfection and the kind of foodie buzz that only appears when pastry dreams come true! Join families, foodies, and sweet treat connoisseurs lining up from the early morning for the ASMR-worthy crunch of the Madison Square pastries and wafts of freshly baked dough throughout the park.

New Yorkers wrap around the block for a chance to snag Executive Pastry Chef Laura Cronin’s limited-edition Madison Square flavors — buttery, croissant-inspired, plant-based pastries. Each flavor has created a cult following of its own. Each pop-up brings new, limited-edition flavors that turn even the most seasoned foodies into early risers. This season's Madison Square flavors will soon be announced… but previously decadent offerings have included Meyer Lemon & Vanilla and Chocolate with Cherry and Almond.
