Deets: The holidays are officially landing in NYC! The Shops at Columbus Circle’s ‘Holiday Under The Stars’ returns for its second dazzling season on Monday, November 10, transforming the iconic shopping destination into a glittering celebration of the season.
Featuring 300,000 twinkling lights and 44 floating stars, the installation brings festive brilliance to the heart of Manhattan. Inside the Great Room, color-changing stars will perform choreographed light shows every 30 minutes from 5PM to midnight, casting a kaleidoscope of color across the shopping center. Guests will also find illuminated stars at the 58th Street and 60th Street entrances and sparkling photo moments throughout – making this one of New York City’s most magical holiday experiences from every angle.
Ceramic Ornament Painting (Mondays & Fridays starting Nov. 10)
Hosted in partnership with Color Me Mine Upper West Side, these family-friendly sessions invite guests to design and personalize their own keepsake ornaments. It’s an easy, joyful moment of creativity—ideal for holiday gifting or simply making something special alongside friends and loved ones. Tickets available HERE.
Holiday Wreath-Making (Tuesdays starting Nov. 11)
Led by expert florists from Flowers by Special Arrangement, guests can craft an Instagram-worthy wreath on the center’s 2nd floor, choosing from seasonal florals, greenery, and decorative accents. It’s an immersive, hands-on way to bring the holidays home. Tickets available HERE.
Broadway Under the Stars
Every Thursday evening, the center of the Upper West Side turns into a holiday stage, featuring free, up-close performances from hit Broadway shows, cast Q&As, surprise moments, and the dazzling Holiday Under the Stars light show sparkling overhead. It’s one of the most festive, family-friendly ways to experience Broadway this season.
