As part of its new 360° holiday campaign, “Get Away With More,” Away is bringing the spirit of the season to NYC with a larger-than-life installation, created in collaboration with acclaimed visual artist Gab Bois, known for her surreal, culture-tapping large-scale works.
Hitting the busy streets of Soho on Thursday, November 13th, the 8-foot-tall replica of Away’s iconic suitcase serves as a monumental nudge to embrace the more we all crave during the holidays: more joy, time, connection, and celebration.
At a moment when AI is blurring lines between real and artificial, Away is making a pointed statement: real experiences still matter. The “Get Away With More” campaign captures that ethos through a playful holiday feast styled by acclaimed food artist Zoe Hegedus (Poor Things, Midsommar), celebrating the beauty in real moments of togetherness and travel.
