Spanning approximately 35,000 square feet, Shaver Hall will offer a dynamic culinary experience (including Pick & Cheese), planning for two restaurants, more than 10 food stalls, two full-service bars, a uniquely curated bodega, and space for entertainment. We are committed to celebrating the diverse flavors and culinary talents of New York City while fostering a sense of community and connection within this iconic space.

Hint for the Average Socialite: Shaver Hall is set to open in the former iconic department store Lord & Taylor’s in Midtown at 424-434 Fifth Avenue, between West 38th and 39th streets, in late 2025.
