This is where strength meets soul. A full-body, resistance-based workout that’s low on choreography but high on intention. Expect heavy sweat, controlled burn, and a whole lot of “Damn, I didn’t know I was this strong.” Every move is designed to make you feel grounded, powerful, and capable as hell. High-energy dance cardio that’s designed to make you sweat, smile, and forget you’re working out. With easy-to-follow movement and fire playlists, this class is built for joy, release, and total body freedom. It’s the kind of session that shifts your mood, unlocks your energy, and makes you feel ALIVE. Perfect for movement + mental health awareness — and yes, it’s like the booty shakin’ party you never knew you needed in your life… but now can’t live without.
