* At their flagship Bleecker street shop, they will be making the largest mozz in Manhattan (at least 80lbs!), and then attendees can enjoy samples of the freshly made mozz. This starts promptly at 4PM so arrive early!

* Mac samples out of a giant wheel of cheese

* Joined by Schaller and Weber (grilling), Talea Beer, Finback Brewing, and other cheesy samples from Murray’s Cheese
