Deets: Glendalough Distillery is bringing its wild botanicals to life at Smorgasburg with a bar presence at both Prospect Park (every Sunday) and Williamsburg (every Saturday) locations, available now through October. On the menu: the Glendalough Wild Rose Irish Spritz, featuring vibrant citrus, delicate rose, and a sparkling finish.

Crafted in the Wicklow Mountains of Ireland, Glendalough’s award-winning Wild Rose Irish Gin and Wild Botanical Irish Gin are made with fresh, seasonal botanicals hand-harvested by their full-time forager – capturing a true sense of place in every bottle.

For a deeper sensory experience, the season’s highlight is coming to Smorgasburg on August 3 in Prospect Park, where Glendalough will unveil their one-of-a-kind forageable plant and floral wall – an interactive installation featuring real, fresh botanicals found in Glendalough’s Wild Irish Gins. Guests will be able to pick their own bouquet straight from the wall (while supplies last) and explore the story and flavor behind each botanical, all while enjoying free samples of Glendalough’s signature cocktails, exclusively for guests 21 and over. 

Glendalough’s full pop-up cart will also be on-site during July 19–20 and August 2, offering complimentary tastings, ingredient education, and a closer look at how the wild comes to life in every pour.
