@nicolasbites and @viciow spent one full year walking all over Manhattan, looking, dreaming, trying to understand where this could live. Then the last two, three months… nonstop work. Every day. No breaks.

We built this place from zero, right here in the middle of the East Village.

A small spot, but with a big story behind it.
