Deets: On Friday, 1/23 and Saturday, 1/24, Arby’s and Chain, the experiential brand co-founded by actor/writer B.J. Novak, are opening The House of Italian Beef, an interactive pop-up experience focused on the history and culture of the iconic Italian Beef sandwich.

Fiercely debated, deeply loved, and undeniably American, Italian Beef felt worthy of its very own museum… so we built one. Guests will explore the history, rituals, artistry, controversies, and culture surrounding the Midwest’s most notorious sandwich, while enjoying a first taste of Arby’s newest menu item.

Guests will also getting an exclusive taste of Arby’s newest menu item, the Italian Beef Dip. Inspired by the bold flavors of Chicago, Arby’s Italian Beef Dip features slow-roasted beef, melted Swiss cheese, tangy pickled Giardiniera, and savory au jus for the ultimate dip-worthy bite.
