Deets: A living room is popping up in the middle of the Financial District in Lower Manhattan—and former 106 & Park hosts Terrence J and Rocsi Diaz are taking the couch.

October 21, Courvoisier will transform Fosun Plaza into The Living Room, a public pop-up bringing house-party culture into the heart of New York City. Terrence J and Rocsi Diaz will reunite for an afternoon of candid conversations, music and audience participation, with Grammy-nominated artist Coi Leray, alongside other surprise guests.

The experience will feature a live DJ, complimentary Courvoisier cocktails and bites, and opportunities to capture talent interacting with the crowd in an unexpected outdoor setting.

The activation brings “Pass The Courvoisier,” the brand’s first global campaign in nearly 20 years, to life through a celebration of hospitality and real-life connection.

Hint for the Average Socialite: This event is open to the public.
