Deets: This November, Macy’s offers wonder, surprises and more reasons to believe through its reimagined Macy’s Santaland®. Opening at Macy’s Herald Square this fall, the fully reimagined, immersive experience brings new magic to New York City’s most beloved holiday traditions. The all-new holiday must-visit invites guests to discover the wonder that lives inside Macy’s Herald Square during the most joyous time of year.
Guests will board the North Star Express for a magical journey to the North Pole filled with immersive storytelling, enchanting new visuals and unexpected moments of discovery that lead to a visit with Santa, a tradition cherished for generations.
Hint for the Average Socialite: Free reservations will open on Friday, November 20 and be released on a seven-day rolling basis ahead of each visit date.
Guests can purchase the new premium ticket experience beginning Thursday, October 22.
Premium tickets include first-choice scheduling throughout the season, expedited entry, extended time and a special holiday story with Santa, a keepsake lanyard for up to eight guests, a Billie Brightpaw plush gift from Santa and a complimentary package of printed and digital photos.
