Deets: For more than 20 years, The Shops at Columbus Circle has been the gateway to Central Park and the Upper West Side – and every holiday season, it becomes one of the city’s brightest stops. From November 9- January 3, its signature “Holiday Under The Stars” celebration returns with 300,000 twinkling lights, 44 illuminated stars and a full season of free programming.
This year’s highlights include:
The Light Show: Every 30 minutes from 5-midnight, color-changing stars in the Great Room put on a choreographed light show
Broadway Under The Stars: On select Thursday evenings, Broadway casts take over the 2nd Floor Stage for free performances and Q&As
WeBop Holiday Jazz Jam: Interactive holiday jazz sing-alongs on select Fridays
Saturday morning story times with POWERHOUSE Books
A Personalization Station with hand-calligraphed gift tags and custom embroidery
Little Star Seekers, a scavenger hunt that ends with a holiday prize
