Deets: The 2026 UNICEF Gala will shine a light on the remarkable strength of children and underscore that when it comes to childhood, every moment matters. Kicking off the holiday season, this year’s event will spotlight how UNICEF exists to create life-changing moments for children globally, helping them reach their full potential. The evening will recognize UNICEF’s vital work in the Philippines and celebrate over 15 years of The K.I.N.D. (Kids in Need of Desks) Fund.
The evening will be hosted by actor, singer, producer and UNICEF Ambassador Sofia Carson and will feature red carpet host, media personality, interviewer and actress Taylen Biggs as the Special Youth Correspondent. The event will feature NBA champion and UNICEF Ambassador Jeremy Lin, Lawrence O’Donnell, host of MS NOW’s The Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell, and a special headline performance by Academy Award nominee, Grammy, Emmy and Golden Globe winner, Andra Day.
UNICEF works in more than 190 countries and territories and has helped save and meaningfully improve the lives of more children than any other humanitarian organization. UNICEF’s mission is to relentlessly pursue a more equitable world for every child and the UNICEF Gala raises critical funds to ensure that every child is healthy, educated, protected and respected.
