Deets: The Jackie Robinson Museum invites the public to celebrate Presidents’ Day with a free admission, three-day Community Weekend from Friday, February 13 through Sunday, February 15, 2026. With the generous support of Citizens, museum admission will be offered at no cost all weekend, providing an opportunity for families, students, and visitors of all ages to explore the life, legacy, and enduring impact of Jackie Robinson.
On Saturday, February 14, events will honor the 80th wedding anniversary of Jackie and Rachel Robinson, celebrating their remarkable partnership on and off the baseball field through engaging experiences for visitors of every age.
Weekend Highlights
Free General Admission — Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Robinson’s Readers Story Time & Craft (Saturday, February 14, 11:30AM): Storytelling and a creative session designed for younger guests and families
Community Day Activities (Saturday, February 14, 12:00-3:00PM): Guided Museum tours, interactive art making, gallery games, scavenger hunts, and family-friendly activities
Artifact Spotlight: Visitors can view Rachel Robinson’s wedding dress alongside historic Robinson family photographs as part of a time-limited exhibit
Sensory-Friendly Hours (Sunday, February 15, 1:00-3:00PM): The Museum offers reduced sensory stimulation and a calm environment for neurodivergent visitors and their families
Giveaways courtesy of Citizens, plus an opportunity to meet with representatives to learn more about financial literacy and education programming.
