Deets: Polymarket is taking its mission offline and into the real world with the launch of “The Polymarket”, New York City’s first free grocery store. After months of planning, the team has signed a lease in NYC and donated $1 million to Food Bank For NYC to help fight food insecurity across all five boroughs.
The Polymarket will be fully stocked and open to all New Yorkers with no purchase required, making it a physical investment in the city and the community that powers it. The goal is simple: free groceries, free access and real impact at a time when food insecurity continues to affect millions.
The grand opening of The Polymarket is set for February 12th at 2PM. As part of the launch, Polymarket is encouraging anyone who can to support Food Bank For NYC and help expand access to food security across the city.
