Deets: Arctic Gut Co is hosting its first tasting as I build our product: a flavor-forward fiber powder designed to fit into real life (coffee, yogurt, smoothies … yadda yadda).

We’ll be making mini DIY yogurt bowls and you’ll get to try one of three early versions: blueberry, vanilla, or unflavored. This is very much early-stage. I’m looking for honest feedback. Quantities are limited.

One person will also be invited to a future pop-up to help shape what we’re building (Pilates or yoga sculpt class included). What else would you rather do on a Sunday in February in NYC?
