Designed to feel nostalgic yet elevated, the drink pairs Montauk General’s bright single cultivar matcha with “cookie milk” made by steeping Levain’s white chocolate macadamia cookie in oat milk. Creamy and subtly sweet, with notes of vanilla and toasted macadamia, it’s reminiscent of dunking a cookie in milk while remaining smooth and distinctly matcha-forward.
