Deets: The Haute Potato Collection is a couture design partnership presented by Idaho Potatoes that reminds us how the world’s most humble vegetable is widely seen as an object of desire.
Hosted inside Grand Central Terminal’s Vanderbilt Hall, this first-of-its-kind, potato-sack-inspired fashion event features expressive, statement silhouettes that showcase the transformation from field to fabric. Designed by Idaho-born fashion designer Cartier Dior Eliasen, the collection blends agricultural roots with high-fashion craftsmanship and Americana storytelling.
Afterwards, you can bid on select pieces from the collection through a public auction. Bidding opens February 11 at 9AM and closes February 17 at 5PM. All proceeds support No Kid Hungry, helping ensure kids across the U.S. have access to nutritious meals.
Hint for the Average Socialite: This event is free and open to the public.
