Deets: House of SpeakEasy & the Garment District Alliance (present "On the Road: A Bookmobile Block Party"—a free, open-air literary event!

We'll be taking over Broadway between 36th & 37th streets, distributing free books with complimentary lemonade served by the Garment District Alliance.

The day will mark the debut of our new fleet of three Bookmobiles:

🚚 The House of SpeakEasy Flagship Bookmobile
⚡ The NEW Electric Bookmobile, featuring the artwork of Richard Scarry
🚐 The NEW Sprinter Bookmobile, featuring the artwork of James Yang

The event takes place on the day of our annual spring gala, "Metamorphosis: On the Wings of a Tale," bringing our mission to the streets of Manhattan and inviting the public to join us in celebrating the joy of reading.

Hint for the Average Socialite: This event is free and open to the public.
