Prepare to feel the burn in this total-body interval workout combining jump rope, battle ropes, and Kangoo Jumps® rebound boots. We'll have you bouncing your way through a workout that simulates the rigors of city life using a mini trampoline. It's a low-impact workout that works your whole body.

Step Challenge: 90’s v. Now with Fendi (and Leslie Michelle to support)

A classic, high intensity fat burning exercise using an adjustable platform. Faster and more intense than regular Step.
