Deets: Rockefeller Center will celebrate the world’s game this July with the NYNJ World Cup 26 & Telemundo Fan Village at Rockefeller Center from Monday, July 6 through Sunday, July 19, featuring live match viewing from Telemundo in Spanish, youth and adult soccer clinics, movie nights, family activities, and special fan experiences in the heart of Manhattan.
The NYNJ World Cup 26 & Telemundo Fan Village at Rockefeller Center will be comprised of Top of the Rock, the official NYNJ World Cup 26™ Viewpoint, which takes fans 70 floors above Manhattan and features live match streaming with sweeping 360-degree views of New York City, fan giveaways, and more; The Pitch, which transforms The Rink into a playable soccer field and features live Spanish-language match broadcasts by Telemundo on two giant screens; Champion’s Garden, which transforms Rockefeller Center’s iconic Channel Gardens into a living tribute to the eight nations that have lifted the FIFA World Cup™ trophy, celebrating the history and spirit of the tournament with a photo exhibition curated by the FIFA Museum; Global Fan Plaza set across the entirety of Rockefeller Plaza, offering interactive experiences that celebrate the global energy of the World Cup.

At the heart of the Fan Village, The Rink at Rockefeller Center will transform into a first-of-its-kind soccer field and live match viewing destination with daily broadcasts from Telemundo on jumbo 26-foot LED screens. Between matches, fans can experience youth clinics, movie nights, themed games, and more.
As the official Spanish-language broadcaster of the FIFA World Cup, Telemundo brings the passion, energy, and excitement of the tournament to Fan Village through an immersive experience inspired by its world-class coverage of the beautiful game.
Blending interactive gameplay, memorable photo moments, and the excitement of live sports broadcasting, Telemundo – La Casa del Mundial transforms fans from spectators into stars of their own World Cup story!

FC Bayern Youth Soccer Clinics
German record champions, FC Bayern, who have their Americas’ HQ at 30 Rock, will bring their world-class training philosophy to the Fan Village with soccer clinics led by coaches from Munich. Sessions will include dribbling, passing, shooting, skill courses, one-on-one play, and small-sided matches.

New York City FC Soccer Days
New York City FC will bring free soccer programming and events to Rockefeller Center through City in the Community, the club’s nonprofit foundation. Programming will include youth and adult clinics, skill-based activities, small-sided play, and special moments for participants of all ages and experience levels.

Buena Vista Social Club Performance
Celebrate the World Cup with a special collaboration between Telemundo and the Broadway smash Buena Vista Social Club. Enjoy live performances from the Tony Award-winning musical, and learn some of the show's award-winning choreography from members of the company.

The Home Depot Kids Workshop will invite children ages 5–12 to build their own World Cup-inspired Flick Soccer kit, a tabletop soccer goal designed for hands-on creativity, teamwork, and family fun. Walk-ups welcome.

Art Sundae by Art Production Fund
Art Production Fund (APF) will host Art Sundae, a free, all ages interactive art making workshop. Inspired by the sports themed artworks of Hank Willis Thomas, children will create their own mixed-media collages to be displayed at Rockefeller Center as part of a public art exhibition. Panini, maker of the world’s most iconic soccer collectibles, is putting on a Panini Skills Soccer Clinic designed to teach kids of all ages the fundamentals of the world’s favorite sport.

Hint for the Average Socialite: Many experiences will be available through pre-registration, with select walk-up opportunities offered based on availability. Entrance to the pitch will be shared via event confirmation. All clinics will be free and open to the public but require pre-registration on the corresponding event page. Live match viewing is free and open to the public throughout the entirety of the fan village.
