Deets: Baseball Hall of Famer Mariano Rivera will be making a special appearance at the ShopRite of Rockaway to celebrate the New Jersey launch of Mo’s Heat, his new line of Officially Licensed Major League Baseball hot sauces.

During the event, Rivera will meet fans, pose for photos and introduce the collection of sauces inspired by iconic baseball pitch types. The event will take place on Wednesday, August 26 from 11AM-1PM at the supermarket, located at 437 US-46 in the township.

The sauce collection includes The Sinker Red Habanero Hot Sauce, The Curve Green Habanero Hot Sauce and The Cutter Habanero Hot Sauce.

The sauces are inspired by his upbringing in Puerto Caimito, Panama and a family recipe brought to Panama from the Caribbean in 1904.
