Deets: Join the City of New York, the NYC Department of Veterans’ Services, New York Road Runners and communities from across the five boroughs for the inaugural Remembrance Ruck.

The Remembrance Ruck brings New Yorkers together to recognize the service, sacrifice and contributions of the post-9/11 generation of veterans, service members and military families while honoring those who are no longer with us.

The Remembrance Ruck will begin at Cadman Plaza in Brooklyn, cross the Brooklyn Bridge and conclude at Foley Square in Manhattan.

Hint for the Average Socialite: Register now! There will be a resource fair following the Ruck at Surrogate’s Court, near Foley Square.
