Deets: The New York Botanical Garden (NYBG) celebrates Bronx Day on Saturday, June 13, with a full slate of family-friendly activities, live performances, hands-on programming, and community engagement across the Garden. 

The day also coincides with NYBG’s current exhibition Flower Power, the Summer of Moomin activation in the Everett Children’s Adventure Garden, the Before New York traveling pop-up exhibit in the Arthur & Janet Ross Gallery, and the launch of the World Cup Garden in the Home Gardening Center. 

Bronx Day highlights include:

• Live music and dance performances

• Arts and crafts, face painting, and lawn games (first come, first served)

• Hands-on family programming in the Everett Children’s Adventure Garden and the Edible Academy

• Food vendors, community exhibitors, and local Bronx-based businesses
