The DTLA Alliance Purple Patrol returns for its third annual rose giveaway in partnership with Metro Los Angeles. Join us on Thursday, February 12, starting at 11:30 AM, as we distribute over 2,000 complimentary red and purple long-stem roses across Downtown LA in celebration of Valentine’s Day.
