James Beard Award semifinalist Chef Yun Fuentes is one of the 1 in 8 Americans who have worked at McDonald’s. His journey began in a McDonald’s kitchen in his native Puerto Rico, where he discovered his passion for cooking. Now, he’s back behind the counter, putting a Caribbean twist on three McDonald’s classics and mentoring crew member along the way.
