Deets: Free groceries in New York City! Kalshi, a sports-trading prediction market platform that launched in 2021, is taking over Westside Market on 3rd Avenue for New Yorkers starting at 12PM on Tuesday, February 3, to give out free groceries.

The East Village market will be completely rebranded with Kalshi advertising as they look to educate people on the product. Kalshi’s goal is to educate the general public about trading on real-life outcomes with money, the company also aims to help New Yorkers combat rising grocery costs by giving some lucky shoppers a break.
