Deets: Panini America, the world’s largest sports and entertainment collectibles company and the exclusive trading card and sticker partner of the FIFA World Cup™, is inviting fans and collectors in the New York City area to take part in an official GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS attempt for the Largest Sports Sticker Exchange in 8 Hours (multiple venue) on Sunday, July 12.
The attempt will take place simultaneously across four locations in the United States and Mexico, including Rockefeller Center’s South Plaza in New York City, American Dream in East Rutherford, NJ and two cities in Mexico: Mexico City and Guadalajara. Collectors across all locations will come together to celebrate the global tradition of Panini sticker swapping and the Panini FIFA World Cup 2026™ Sticker Collection.
The current record stands at 2,577 one-to-one swaps, and Panini will aim to surpass that mark by creating a continuous flow of collectors throughout the day across all locations. Fans who attend will complete a registration process and receive a wristband or other visible identifier confirming their participation before swapping stickers and enjoying on-site activities.
Panini America will have a presence at both US locations for the duration of the event, with fan activities including:
- Panini sticker swapping
- Swap with soccer legends
- Interactive soccer kick experience
- Digital photo booth where fans can create their own stickers/trading cards
- Panini FIFA World Cup 2026™ Sticker Collection product moments
The events will also feature Mexican soccer icon Pavel Pardo and USWNT legend Kristine Lilly.
